This exhaust system replaces everything from the cat back. It is made from 63mm tube which gives excellent flow and able to handle high horsepower applications if the supercharger has had its boost increased.
Fits the Mini R52 or R53 Cooper S models only.
It has twin 3 1/4″ tailpipes and comes with everything you see in the pictures.
Made by Malian Exhausts from high quality stainless steel and complete with a full fitting kit this exhaust is really easy to fit and will last for many years to come. All welds are done using TIG for ultimate quality and looks.
The early R53 pre-facelift had a slightly different hanger setup at the rear near the battery box and if you have one of these cars you might need to shorten the centre pipe slightly to get everything to line up. As with all car modification a little fettling to get it to fit is often part of the fun.
With the R52 there is an extra brace in the centre that the R53 didn’t have, this will need to be removed and refitted during the installation. If you position the clamp that sits on the pipe above this brace badly then the clamp will hit the brace so when fitting bear this in mind and ensure that you position the clamp for maximum clearance to the brace and the exhaust will fit without issues.
Once fitted the car will have more power and a loud exhaust note.

Had this fitted to my car for a week now and I couldn’t be happier. It looks great, was easy to fit, and came with all of the necessary bolts and gasket. The price is much better than most other r53 exhausts on the market so I was pleased to see how good quality the exhaust is! Great sound and looks good too. Very loud, but give the pop and bang back that my mini had lost! I have a post facelift R53, but the pipes still needed cutting shorter, but a couple of hours and it was fitted. Good price too!

Love it as i love loud sounds even in car audio, for new buyers keep in mind, its really loud so you need to like louds even for People that will live and walk, drive around you will pay you attention.
