This exhaust manifold fits the R53 Cooper, Cooper S or the One with the 1.6L engine.

4 into 1 design for optimum street performance.

New for 2020 we have updated the design to make fitment easier and with a stronger flexi.

Estimated power gains from 10 – 30 BHP depending on other supporting mods.

Comes with the gaskets and everything you can see in the pictures.

The whole manifold has been TIG welded so the chances of this ever failing are virtually zero.

This manifold will remove the catalytic converter and therefore is sold for trackday and off road use only.

IMPORTANT FITTING NOTE: When fitting this manifold you will need to move the ARB out of the way to gain the clearance required. If the ARB is not removed during fitting, it increases the chance of the flexible joint failing. Any warranty claim made for a failed flexi joint MUST HAVE photographic evidence of the ARB being removed during installation.
