Mazda MX5/Miata Mk2.5 1.8 Unequal Length Exhaust Manifold, 01-05
Developed for 01–05 Mazda MX5 / Miata Mk2.5 (NBFL) with the 1.8 engine (BP), this exhaust manifold uses application-specific runner geometry, sensor positions and a downstream connection matched to the vehicle.
Formed from 1.75-inch to 2.5-inch stainless steel pipework with TIG-welded joints, this manifold is designed to reduce restriction and support improved exhaust flow on naturally aspirated applications.

Built Around the Mazda MX-5 Mk2.5
The Mazda MX-5 Mk2.5 builds on the lightweight, rear-wheel-drive character of the second-generation roadster. A carefully matched exhaust can give it a deeper, more distinctive tone without taking away from its responsive feel.
On Mk2.5 models, the catalytic converter is positioned between the manifold and centre pipe. Confirm the NBFL chassis reference, engine size and the product-specific connection and clearance notes before ordering.

| Important Notes | Gives a unique exhaust sound due to the unequal design. May require water pipe to heater core to be adjusted, ask for video if required. Fitment is restricted to the listed 2001–05 naturally aspirated Mk2.5 1.8 applications; excludes the earlier 1998–2000 Mk2 1.8 141 hp (BPD) application and turbo variants. K-Type coverage spans wider production years; check model and year before ordering. |
