Cat-back Performance Exhaust System
Upgrade your vehicle’s sound, flow and overall driving experience with our
high-quality cat-back performance exhaust. Designed as a direct replacement for
the factory system (from the catalytic converter back), it delivers a deeper,
more purposeful tone with reduced restriction and improved exhaust scavenging.
Key Benefits
- Enhanced exhaust flow: Optimised tubing and mandrel bends help reduce backpressure.
- Sportier sound: A clean, performance-focused note under load with comfortable cruising manners.
- Improved response: Supports sharper throttle feel and stronger mid-range character (vehicle dependent).
- Built to last: Corrosion-resistant materials and robust welding for long service life.
- Direct fitment: Designed to align with OE mounting points for straightforward installation.
Construction & Features
- Materials: Premium stainless steel options available for durability and finish.
- Mandrel-bent pipework: Maintains consistent internal diameter through bends for better flow.
- Performance mufflers/resonators: Tuned for an engaging tone while controlling unwanted drone.
- Precision flanges & hangers: Engineered for accurate fitment and minimal stress on mounts.
- Tailpipe styling: Tip finishes and designs to suit OEM+ or more aggressive looks (varies by model).
Fitment & Installation
This cat-back system replaces the exhaust from the catalytic converter to the rear of the vehicle.
Installation is typically bolt-on using factory mounting points; however, seized hardware, aftermarket
modifications or regional variations may require minor adjustment. We recommend professional
installation for best results.
What’s Included
- Cat-back exhaust pipework
- Muffler/resonator section(s) (as applicable)
- Tailpipe/tips (as applicable)
- Required clamps/gaskets (model dependent)

Had this fitted to my car for a week now and I couldn’t be happier. It looks great, was easy to fit, and came with all of the necessary bolts and gasket. The price is much better than most other r53 exhausts on the market so I was pleased to see how good quality the exhaust is! The sound of the exhaust is also brilliant, it’s really nice and throaty, not too raspy like some others I’ve heard, and it’s also plenty loud enough 🙂
Daniel Coates – :
Excellent exhaust, really well made, was nice and easy to fit. Not too loud and no drone at motorway speeds. Plus it does release a few extra ponies. Very happy.

Great sound and looks good too. Very loud, but give the pop and bang back that my mini had lost! I have a post facelift R53, but the pipes still needed cutting shorter, but a couple of hours and it was fitted. Good price too!

Great package and fast delivery, at the first view good quality and nice welding. It has a nice sound (thick) very agressive and for me maybe a bit to loud but again nice sound. Good quality for money. Did not made yet any long trips to see how it goes with.

Hey guys,
Just want to double check something. I have a 2004 Cooper S (R53) which I need a new exhaust for. I’d like to go for the Malian option however when I first came across the system on Ebay, the drop down list stated it wouldn’t be compatible with the car?
Can you confirm for me?
Thanks,
Francis
Anthony S (verified owner) – :
Shipped fast, fitted to my R53 easily, nice deep tone, looks great also.
