The Malian MAL-624 exhaust-component package is for a Mazda MX5 / Miata Mk2.5 (NBFL) 1.6-litre B6 turbo conversion using an Impreza TD04 or TD05 turbo. It combines the engine-specific turbo manifold, MAL-520 downpipe, MAL-502 exhaust section and MAL-519 gearbox support bracket.

The exhaust pipework is stainless steel with TIG-welded joints and a 2.5-inch bore.

Fitment notes

Select this kit for the Mk2.5 (NBFL) 1.6-litre B6 application and the Mk2.5 200-cell sports-catalyst section configuration. Compatible with Impreza TD04 or TD05 turbos in standard orientation, with no turbo clocking required. Physically fitted and tested on the specified right-hand-drive (RHD) application. No vehicle modifications are required to install these exhaust components. Left-hand-drive (LHD) fitment has not been verified. Match the catalytic-converter/exhaust connection to your car before ordering.

Important: Exhaust components only. The turbocharger, intercooler, intake pipework, oil/coolant lines, fuel-system upgrades and engine management are not included. The bolts into the turbo rear housing are not supplied; these usually come with the turbo.
