Important fitment information
Important: Gives a unique exhaust note due to the unequal design. Only fits the listed 1997–98 NA 1.6 90 hp applications with the 470mm cat fitted. Excludes earlier and turbo applications. Check cat length before ordering.
Designed around 97–98 Mazda MX5 / Miata / Eunos Roadster Mk1 (NA) with the 1.6 engine (B6), this unequal-length tubular manifold uses deliberately varied runner lengths to preserve a distinctive exhaust pulse.
The manifold uses 1.5-inch to 2.5-inch stainless steel pipework with TIG-welded joints; its runner and collector layout is designed to improve exhaust flow and support sharper engine response.

Developed for the Mazda MX-5 NA
The original MX-5 is defined by low weight, direct controls and a responsive
naturally aspirated engine. Exhaust upgrades for the NA should complement that
character with clean response and an engaging tone without masking the car’s
simplicity. Check the product-specific engine, model-year and fitment details above,
as 1.6 and 1.8-litre applications are not always interchangeable.
