This is a tubular manifold for the Mk2 1.8 which also has a 200 cell sports cat and deletes the EGR valve at the same time.

It improves throttle response and increases power. Replacing the OE cat with a sports cat is one of the best ways to increase power. All welds are done using TIG for ultimate quality and looks.

Important: On the Mk2 (99 to 00) cars but it will not replace the cat on these cars so you will need to change to one of our centrepipes.

A blanking kit is supplied for the EGR on the intake manifold. This part replaces the restrictive OE cat with a 200 cell sports version. Can also be used.
