Volkswagen Tiguan Mk1 5N 2.0 TDi 2.5″ DPF Delete Exhaust Downpipe 07-16
Important fitment information
Important: Supplied with 3 adapters for the listed exhaust connections. Fits Volkswagen Tiguan Mk1 (5N) 2.0 TDI common-rail front-wheel-drive models only. Not compatible with 4Motion/all-wheel-drive versions because the transfer box obstructs installation. Fitment is specific to the Mk1; wider K-Type year ranges do not extend this to the Mk2.
Developed for 07–16 Volkswagen Tiguan Mk1 (5N) 2.0 TDi common-rail front-wheel-drive models, this front exhaust section is shaped around the turbo outlet, sensor positions and adjoining exhaust connection.
Formed from 2.5-inch stainless steel pipework with TIG-welded joints, this front section provides a less restrictive exhaust route that supports improved flow and stronger turbo response on tuned applications.

Built around the Volkswagen Tiguan Mk1
Built on familiar Volkswagen Group foundations, the Volkswagen Tiguan Mk1 has plenty of tuning potential but also a surprising number of exhaust variations. Choosing the correct section keeps the installation straightforward and the finished system properly aligned.
Engine code, drivetrain, body style and model year can all change the downpipe and centre-section arrangement. Compare the product data with the car rather than assuming parts interchange across related Volkswagen Group models.
