Designed around 02–08 MINI Cooper S (R52/R53) with the 1.6 engine, this unequal-length tubular manifold uses deliberately varied runner lengths to preserve a distinctive exhaust pulse.

The manifold uses 2.5-inch stainless steel pipework with TIG-welded joints; its runner and collector layout is designed to improve exhaust flow and support sharper engine response.
