Mini Cooper/Cooper S R52/R53 1.6L Race Tubular Stainless Exhaust Manifold 02-06, B Grade

This exhaust manifold fits the R53 Cooper, Cooper S or the One with the 1.6L engine. 4 into 1 design for optimum street and race performance. One of these manifolds is currently fitted to the Misty Racing car that is in the Mini Challenge Cup. ******* These are B Grade stock and were manufactured using the incorrect flexi joint. It is advised that you would replace this before fitting and we will not accept any return on this item if the flexi joint fails. ******* Estimated power gains from 10 – 30 BHP depending on other supporting mods. Comes with the gaskets and everything you can see in the pictures. The whole manifold has been TIG welded so the chances of this ever failing are virtually zero. This manifold will remove the catalytic converter and therefore is sold for trackday and off road use only. However, we do have a sports cat available which means the car will pass a UK MOT, drop us a message and we will send you the link. IMPORTANT FITTING NOTE: When fitting this manifold you will need to move the ARB out of the way to gain the clearance required. If the ARB is not removed during fitting, it increases the chance of the flexible joint failing.
