BMW Z4 E85/6 2.2, 2.5, 3.0 Tubular Stainless Exhaust Manifold 02-05, RHD only

This exhaust manifold fits the E85 or E86 chassis BMW Z4s with the M54 6 cylinder engines as adirect bolt on part. – Increased Power – Increased Response – Stainless Steel – TIG Welded Fitting this removes the catalytic converters that are usually found in the manifolds, because of this you will need to either use CEL cheaters or have the car remapped to prevent the light from illuminating on the dash. This will fit with the OE steering shaft but it is tight, if you want to make fitting easier and improve the steering feel then we recommend fitting a skinny steering shaft at the same time. Dual 3-into-1 design for optimum street performance, where the exhaust meets the OEM system the pipes are 2″ ID. Estimated power gains from 10 – 30 BHP depending on other supporting mods. We have a picture of the manifold wrapped with exhaust heat wrap, wrapping the manifold helps to keep under bonnet temps down and also can protect the manifold from thermal shock.
