BMW E46: refinement with real driver appeal

The E46 combines everyday usability with the balanced rear-wheel-drive character that made this generation so popular. Its exhaust arrangements differ considerably between four-cylinder, six-cylinder and M3 models, as well as across saloon, touring, coupé and convertible body styles.

Confirm the engine, gearbox, steering position and downstream connection before ordering. For rear systems, also check the bumper opening and tailpipe layout rather than assuming every E46 uses the same arrangement.
